Evel’s HVLS fan has a dual function according to the seasonality of the period: cooling during the summer season and energy efficiency during the winter season. In summer, taking advantage of the “breeze effect” can reduce the perceived temperature by up to 6Β°C. During the winter season, with a heating system in place, cost savings of up to 30 percent can be guaranteed by pushing warm air, stratified at the top as it is lighter, downward. The effect will be to have an even temperature and reduce the costs associated with heating large rooms, while also decreasing CO2 emissions.

Because, unlike other products on the market, a twofold result will be achieved: cooling with minimal operating costs during warm periods and, during periods characterized by cold temperatures and the use of heating systems, reducing the stratification of warm air, which, being lighter but warmer, is positioned upward.

All HVLS fans (but not limited to) from Evel mount a brushless (permanent magnet) motor with an integrated inverter (VFD) specifically developed for the same motor and specific applications (industrial/zootechnical ventilation). The presence of the Modbus communication protocol ensures that the system can be managed directly from smartphones or other Internet-connected devices and gives the Evel team the ability to perform remote maintenance on any inverter parameters. Always keep your plant under control, manage it remotely and ensure fast and immediate after-sales service.

Because it makes it possible to cool a large room in the summer and make it efficient in the winter while ensuring significant energy and economic savings both at the time of purchase and over time, while limiting operating costs as much as possible. The maximum consumption of an HVLS fan in the summer period is about 600 watts. In addition, the position of HVLS fans can be easily and flexibly changed when changing the production layout, as opposed to ducted systems, which are more rigid in terms of installation.

  1. Reduction in heating costs of large rooms (by 30% on average).
  2. Reduction in perceived temperature (up to 6 degrees lower).
  3. Decreased proliferation of viruses, bacteria and molds.
  4. Prevention of the creation of condensation on the ground, preventing the deterioration of materials and/or machinery.
  5. Reduced downtime (in the case of CNC machines and/or hydraulic/mechanical/electronic circuits).
  6. Increased operator productivity through increased comfort in the work environment.
  7. Extremely low consumption (motor-inverter on board).
  8. Can also be installed on existing heating/cooling systems.
  9. Progressive installation, avoiding major economic investment.

How can I figure out how many HVLS fans should I install in my rooms?

After the purchase, who will install Evel’s HVLS fans?

If subsequent to purchase I have a problem with the HVLS fan?

The Evel team supports the client from the design stage, because every environment has its own characteristics and every client has its own needs. Our technicians will assess concrete needs and suggest the number of HVLS fans to be installed, their placement, and the most suitable blade length to provide the best possible ventilation. Inspections are free of charge and with no commitment to purchase. You just need to contact us and we will take care of the rest.

No problem, we can guarantee the installation and commissioning of our HVLS fans through our teams who will ensure the installation and testing of the system in the shortest possible time. No stress, Evel takes care of it.

Evel provides after-sales service to enable its customers to take full advantage of the potential of Evel’s HVLS fans and to offer the necessary assistance for any need. The advanced technology of our machines allows us, by connecting remotely, to solve 90% of hypothetical problems in real time. And in the case of problems related to manufacturing defects in the components, we remind you that our warranty is 50,000 working hours for the brushless motor, 3 years for the inverter, and for the entire service life for other parts (blades and carpentry).
