Environment: 8,000 square meters conference center

Problem: Interior temperature in winter too low and high energy consumption. Maximum attainable temperature 18Β° with frequent system shutdowns due to machine overheating.

Proposed Solution: No. 6 WZ 7000 HP Black customized HVLS installed 13 meters above the ground.

Objectives Achieved: Maximum temperature achieved after HVLS installation 23Β°ca. € 5000 energy savings on heating costs > Year 2018 vs Year 2017* (*calculation based on actual consumption billing)

Philotea

Environment: Artisanal pasta factory of 500 square meters

Problem: Internal temperature too high also due to heat created by industrial mixers. Operators will find themselves having to perform activities in an environment with excessively high temperatures, especially in summer.

Proposed Solution: No. 1 WF 4000 HVLS installed 4.5 meters above the ground in the work area.

Goals Achieved: Perceived temperature 7Β° lower than actual temperature, improved humidity, and estimated energy savings around 30% July 2019 compared to July 2018. Repayment investment 11 months approx.

Scavolini

Environment: 9000 square meters part of a kitchen manufacturer’s plant.

Problem: High internal temperatures with higher peaks in the oven area. Operators work in environments with excessively high temperatures, especially in the summer season.

Proposed Solution: No. 13 WZ 5000 HVLS installed 4.7 meters above the ground.

Objectives Achieved: Perceived temperature 7Β° lower than actual temperature, improved working conditions for operators. Winter energy savings: 30% 2018 compared to 2017* (*calculation based on actual consumption billing)

Propeller

Environment: 2000 square meters part of the plant of a home appliance manufacturer.

Problem: Interior temperature too high in summer, problems in heating the affected mounting area in winter. Operators work in extremely hot conditions in summer, while in winter it is difficult to achieve a comfortable temperature for them.

Proposed Solution: No. 4 WZ 5000 HVLS installed 5.6 meters above the ground.

Goals Achieved: In summer, perceived temperature 7Β° lower than actual, the HVLS works in conjunction with the Evel Cooler Roof to mix cool air in summer as an alternative to a classic air conditioning system. Energy savings 2019 vs 2018: about 27%* (*calculation based on actual consumption billing)

Coricelli

Environment: Production plant for bottling and processing olive oil.

Problem: Internal temperature too high due to machinery processing. Operators work in extreme heat, which increases in windowless work areas. High level of work breaks due to high heat, especially in summer.

Proposed Solution: No. 9 WF 5000 and No. 4 WA 1400 HVLS installed 4 meters above the ground.

Goals Achieved: Perceived temperature of 7Β° above actual temperature, decreased work stoppages, and improved humidity level. Windowless areas now ventilated thanks to the ventilation tunnel generated by our axial fans.
